The villa reservation / booking process is done by settle 50% down payment from total amount of villa price . After finished please confirm to our reservation staff via SMS /WA to our hotline number :

- Contact Person,
- name room / room package
- number of persons,
- the date of Check-in and Check-out
- Email Address,
- account and the name of the person who did the transfer, and
- also could send the picture of transfer sheet
- Only use the payment currency in IDR
Latest 3 day before check-in villa down payment should be received by PVTRIXY, if not the guest is considered has canceled the reservation,
Following the balance should be settled at the arrival date, while once the guest no show by the date, its considered as a cancellation, and cash advance / down payment is non-refundable
